Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026. This policy explains what OPRA Youth Cyprus collects and why — in plain language.
If you subscribe to The OPRA Youth Weekly, we store your email address, your selected opportunity interests, your deadline-alert preference, and the time and place you gave consent. If you submit an opportunity, we store the details you provide plus your contact email so we can verify the listing. If you message us through the contact form, we store your name, email, and message. We do not collect anything else, and we never buy, sell, or share personal data with advertisers.
One purpose only: running OPRA Youth. Your email and interests let us send you the newsletter edition you asked for. Submission and contact details let us verify listings and reply to you. Nothing is used for profiling or advertising.
We only add you to the newsletter after you explicitly tick the consent box on our signup forms. We record when and where you consented. You can withdraw consent at any moment using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email — it works instantly and permanently.
Subscriber email addresses are visible only to OPRA Youth's owner and administrators. Editorial team members can see aggregate numbers (such as how many subscribers chose "Competitions") but never individual email addresses. Technically, your data is stored with Supabase (our database) and Resend (our email delivery service), which process it on our behalf.
Every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing immediately stops all emails; we keep your unsubscribed status on record so you're never accidentally re-added.
You can ask us to permanently delete everything we hold about you — subscription, submissions, and messages. Write to us using the contact details below and we will delete your data from both our database and our email service, normally within 14 days.
For any privacy question, correction, or deletion request, use the contact form or email oprayouthconsole@gmail.com.
